Artificer Inc. is an engineering and steel fabrication company. A job shop with CWB certification to CSA Standard W47.1, welding and fitting both carbon steel and stainless steel. Our customers are large companies which we work very closely with to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. Artificer is looking for fitter/welders/steel fabricators, that are experienced working in a job shop environment. The ideal candidate likes to do all parts of metal fabrication and will have experience with the following:
Break Press, Iron Worker, Grinders, Oxy-Acetylene torch, and carbon arc gouging, FCAW/FMAW welding both carbon and stainless steel, cranes, and forklifts.

Start wage will depend on demonstrable skill and knowledge. Company benefits start at 3 months. Pay raises are based on pervious work experience, the number of equipment / operations mastered, work quality and productivity.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Benefits: Extended health care
Schedule: 8 hour day shift, Monday to Friday
